Partnership Initiative for Sustainable Land Management – Leading environmental stewardship and community empowerment in the Caribbean
PISLM Dominica is dedicated to protecting and restoring the natural heritage of Dominica through innovative sustainable land management practices, community partnerships, and environmental stewardship.
We work to combat land degradation, promote climate resilience, and strengthen agricultural and forest systems across the Commonwealth of Dominica through comprehensive strategies and educational initiatives.
The support office seeks to encourage active engagement from all main groups in the protection and sustainable use of land resources in Dominica and the Caribbean. Through this office, there is contact and dialogue among local partners.
Activities related to the PISLM in Dominica are coordinated by the Support Office which works closely with all partners to ensure the successful implementation of all projects. The office comprises of a Project Coordinator, a Media Officer, and a Project Administrative Assistant.

Mr. James is a vibrant and influential personality with enhanced experience in Leadership and General Management. He is also proficient in data analysis, risk assessment, portfolio management, property estimate analysis, credit and Loan underwriting, and approval.
